Client Engagement Agreement
By engaging Shree Infotech California for services, clients agree to the following terms governing the scope, payment, and intellectual property rights of the engagement.

Scope of work will be defined and approved by both parties prior to project commencement. Any changes to the agreed-upon deliverables will require a formal amendment signed by both parties.
Payment is required prior to project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom software and development services are non-refundable once development has commenced.

Monthly service plans will renew automatically until canceled. Clients may cancel recurring services with 30 days written notice. All intellectual property remains with the client upon final payment.
Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights, including source code, documentation, and design assets, shall be transferred exclusively to the client for their sole and exclusive use.
